Great program for kids with knowledgeable instructors! Positive growth mindset is more than a concept in this program. Kids are challenged in each session, where they learn body mechanics and guided to perform proper movements. The individual and group activities provide a good balance for each kid to perform at their own ability. The coaches truly take time to know each kid, and despite the group setting, take time to develop each one. Best part is that the kids enjoy every minute of the class, and burn off some energy! We sampled classes and haven't thought twice about enrolling each session!

Physio kids is wonderful. My 3 girls have been with the program for about 6 months now, and have enjoyed every moment. They are stronger, more confident, and more fearless than before. And, it is a welcome release for them after a long day at school. The after school program has been a great addition to the options at Roland park.

My child attended the Physio-kids summer camp for two weeks this summer and he came away every day with a new skill that he wanted to show off. The staff members were professional and personable. At pick up, they offered individualized comments for my child which were immensely encouraging. My child even received personal notes from the counselors. It was a truly amazing camp and experience for my child (his parents).

Physio Kids provides an awesome and encouraging environment for kids to learn about and practice exercises to help build core strength and confidence. It's great for both club level athletes and kids who are not interested in team sports but want to work on and improve their coordination. The coaches are all very caring and calm. Our kids love it.

Prior to coming to Physio Kids, my son did not like "sports" of any kind. So after the free trial class, I was expecting him to say "no thanks." But he didn't! He wanted to keep doing it. And he never complains when it's time to do the 40-minute drive to the gym. So, if your kid is not athletically-inclined, this is a great environment to introduce them to the benefits of strength, balance and movement. We are attending a summer camp with Physio Kids as well and looking forward to it.

Physio kids has been a truly wonderful experience for our son! I’ve loved watching his confidence and interest in his body, health, and strength increase. He is now correcting me on the correct way to do a push up. The team is enthusiastic, thoughtful, dedicated and communicative!

Physio-kids has been so wonderful for our boys. Our 11 year old, who has coordination challenges, and our 9 year have gained so much confidence, stability, and stamina in this program. All of the coaches care about the kids and are so great at building them up and individualizing the needs of each child.

My daughter is about to complete her first 8 week session with Physio-kids. We have seen significant improvement in core strength, endurance, and confidence. She is a club level swimmer and has dropped significant time across all events. She loves attending Physio-kids and looks forward to her time with the coaches. The coaches provide 1:1 support and care about their students wellbeing during and outside of class. They partner with parents to create an individualized approach to movement that benefits your child while also promoting teamwork and positive sportsmanship. Physio-kids has been the highlight of our winter and the perfect vehicle to cross train in a fun and productive way. Whether your child is on a club level team or just looking for a fun, healthy way to release energy and build confidence, Physio-kids will improve their physical and emotional foundation. We look forward to continuing our partnership with the Physio-kids coaches during future sessions and camp. 10:10 recommend.
