After enrolling, you should have received a confirmation email. This email contains your camper’s checklist, including important reminders about required forms. When you log into your online account, you’ll find your registration details and required forms. Completing these forms as soon as possible helps us prepare for a fantastic summer ahead!

Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. Our 2023 cancellation policy is designed to accommodate such situations. If you need to cancel, please refer to our policy for more details.

Absolutely! We love the idea of friends enjoying camp together. You can request to have your child grouped with a friend during registration until May 1, 2023. We do our best to accommodate these requests, but keep in mind that limited spots are available, and it’s on a first-come, first-served basis.

Of course! There’s no minimum requirement for the number of weeks you can enroll. Feel free to choose the weeks that work best for you. Plus, enrolling in multiple weeks comes with additional savings through our multi-week promotion.

Absolutely! More weeks mean more fun. You can add extra weeks anytime, depending on availability. Just note that additional weeks will be charged at the current tuition rate during the time of addition.

Enroll for 4 – 5 weeks and enjoy an EXTRA 4% savings per child. Enroll for 6 or more weeks and get an EXTRA 6% savings per child. Remember, the more weeks, the merrier the savings!

Flexibility is key! After May 1, 2023, changes are based on availability and do not involve reducing the number of weeks. Please note that a small transfer fee applies for certain changes, but we’re here to help make the process smooth.

Lunch is packed by parents with non-perishable foods.

For Camp, campers must be 7 years old by June 1, 2024.

Your child’s safety is our top priority. We maintain low camper-to-staff ratios, conduct regular head counts, and have protocols in place. From security to special needs, we’ve got everything covered for a safe and fun summer!

We can accommodate various medical conditions. Reach out to us for more information, especially for more serious conditions.

We take allergies seriously. Share allergy information during registration, and we’ll ensure proper precautions are taken. We have enforce hand-washing, and our staff is trained to handle allergic reactions.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or make-up days for missed days due to illness.

Absolutely, we offer before and after care services. You can pre-register for our Club OT services, which ensure your child’s safety and convenience

If you have a balance from a previous year, we kindly ask for it to be settled before enrolling for the upcoming summer.

While not required, tipping is a lovely way to appreciate our staff’s hard work. The amount is up to you.
