Physio-Kids is a chance to reimagine what health and wellness can look like for children. Our approach is a chance to bridge the gap between physical literacy, emotional wellness, and holistic health for youth. We are just in the beginnings and we are excited for you to be with us!
The Physio Kids Pillars
The Physical
The physical development of children is our top priority. Here at Phyisio Kids, we have a developed researched based programs that will highlight injury prevention and movement mechanics. In this camp your child will learn lessons that a physical therapist wish they knew early. How to jump, how to squat, how to run, how to fall, and most importantly, how to move!
The Mental
There is a staggering amount
of research on how healthy movement development is correlated with increase in intelligence across math, reading, and a variety of other subjects. Here we will further the process by teaching functional anatomy, warm up routines, and topics around physiology and the
nervous system.
The Community
Although physical and mental development is deeply tied to physiokids. Helping children feel included with play and games is the heart of Physio Kids. This is where kids learn the most about exploration, expression, and soft skills such as how to interact and be emotionally aware.
Why PhysioKids?
We care more than about athletics. We want your child to develop confidence and social skills. Whether you join us for the fall, winter, spring, or summer, we will be focusing on a holistic approach to child development. Our program combines education, playfulness, and community building. It’s a space where children not only learn the ABC’s of movement but also discover the joy in being active!
What programs do you offer?
We have both after school programs, as well as a dedicated summer camp focused on our pillars.

Meet The Founder!
Dr. Harnoor Singh, the passionate owner and founder of PhysioKids Summer Camp, is a dedicated sports physical therapist with a remarkable journey encompassing a wide range of expertise in movement and holistic well-being.
Dr. Singh’s journey into holistic injury prevention began as a yoga teacher, where he discovered the transformative power of movement and its profound impact on physical and mental health. Over the next several years, he continued his training in studying functional movement patterns, weightlifting, running form, falling techniques, and overall how to build robust tissue that could withstand the demands of sport and functional well-being.
“The more I worked with people through injury prevention, the more excited I became with how graded strength training, biomechanics, and education can be introduced at an early age.”
Dr. Harnoor began working with children in various disciplines as a dance instructor, rock climbing instructor, and more. What he appreciated the most in his journey towards developing educational material for children was the organic split between play and education. His vision is to create quality community, education, and play amongst children to cultivate a deeper sense of well-being.
“I want this to be an opportunity to take the deep dive into what I wish I knew when I was younger. How to squat, how to jump, how to play, the basics blueprint of the human body to avoid injury, to become strong, mobile, agile, free. For athletes and beginners!”
