Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make your experience with Physiokids as flexible and accommodating as possible. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide you with options in case your circumstances change. Here’s how it works:
Cancellations Prior to April 1st, 2024: If you need to cancel your enrollment before April 1st, 2024, you can do so at no charge. We understand that unexpected events happen, and we want to support you through this process. Full refunds will be provided for any tuition fees paid.
April 1st through May 31, 2024: For cancellations made between April 1st and May 31, 2024, we will issue you a credit for all tuition fees paid. This credit will be valid through the 2024 calendar year and can be transferred to family members or friends. It may also be used for any Physiokids program the following year. Please note that credits are not transferable to cash.
After May 31, 2024: No refunds or credits will be issued after May 31, 2024, regardless of your registration date or the reason for cancellation, including vacation plans, dismissal for behavior, or illness.
**REMINDER ABOUT CREDITS
On or after April 2, 2024: Cancel on or after April 2, 2024, through May 31, 2024, and receive a full credit for tuition paid for unused weeks through 2025. Your credit is valid for the following camp season and is transferable to family and friends and may be used for PhysioKids programs.
CHANGES IN ENROLLMENT
Starting on May 1, 2024 (or later): Changes in enrollment are based on availability, and that do not involve a reduction in weeks are free so long as there are slots available.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you need to make any adjustments that impact the number of your weeks your camper is enrolled; this will impact your multi-week discount. (For example: Originally enrolled for 4 weeks, and you received a multi-week discount; when you cancel one week and are now at 3 weeks, your multi-week savings is no longer valid and will have to pay that balance due for full price tuition for 3 weeks. Multi-week discounts are per camper – not per family).
NO SHOWS/ILLNESS
Participants who do not attend their registered camp session (for any reason, including summer school or vacation) or who do not contact PhysioKids, will not receive a refund or credit.
Participants who do not attend their registered camp session due to any illness, will not receive a refund or credit for days or weeks missed.
Refunds or credits will not be issued for changes, withdrawals, dismissals (ex. behavioral) after the start of the camp season on June 20, 2024.
